CG Eventing (Jamie-lee Day)

Jamie-lee started riding as a 3 year old when she was lucky enough to have her first pony Sparkle bought for her. She was an active member of Banwell Pony Club competing in all PC Teams from Junior to Senior. After a short break from horses whilst studying she returned to riding wanting to concentrate on Showjumping.  However after being asked to do PC Area Eventing on her showjumping schoolmaster Peewee she got the bug for eventing and hasn't looked back since. After starting at the lower levels on her old PC horses she quickly advanced upto Novice and at that point Serano was bought.. Their best results include wins at OI/OIU21's, 7th European Championships CIC**, 3rd Tattersalls CCI2* U25, 11th Weston Park Advanced, 6th AU25 Aston Le Walls, and 15th Tattersalls CIC3*, 13th CIC3* Chatsworth, 16th Bramham CCI3* U25's & 21st Blenheim CCI3*.

David competes from his yard near Lacock, Wiltshire, where his team includes horses he has brought up through the grades, as well as already established 2* and 3* performers, and a string of youngsters – some homebreds among them – who are already showing promise.

Elsie Mitchell

'I'm Elsie, I'm 21 and based in Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. Whilst I grew up with horses, eventing has always been very much 'my thing' so I've had to work a lot of hours to make it all happen. Fortunately with the support of some fantastic people I now have a couple of lovely rides as well as my own two horses, Ronny and Larry, who I'm producing from scratch. I have always dreamt of competing on the international circuit, so let's see what the future brings!'
